Good Hygiene and Safe Food
We have always had very thorough cleaning, hygiene and food safety processes in both our retail shop, pack house, and throughout our orchard.
To make sure we're doing as much as we can, we've put in place even more cleaning and sanitising procedures - along with making sanitiser and protective gear available for our employees at all times.
We're also following the Ministry of Health's guidelines around hand-washing and cleaning, and we have reinforced this with our team.
Supporting Our Team
We're following the government's requirements around self-isolation for any of our team members if they are feeling unwell, or if / when they need to return home from overseas travel.
Nationwide Delivery is Still Available
We understand the importance of self-isolating and social distancing. We are working closely with our couriers to ensure we can continue to provide our delivery service safely during all levels of the traffic light system. If you have any special delivery requirements, please let us know.
